Trade-Ins

• All trade-ins require a valid piece of ID.

• Cash or store credit available.

• Store credit is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Game Cycle Reserves the right to refuse any items regardless of condition. 

• All consoles must have 1 Controller, 1 Controller Charge Cable (If Required), AV or HDMI cable and Power Cable. 

 

Returns

• Games, movies, and accessories: 3-day exchange for defective items only.

• Systems & consoles: 3-day warranty against defects.
