Return Policy:

On the rare occasion you get an item that is faulty or stops working properly, bring it back to the store or give us a call as soon as possible.  We will do everything we can to rectify the situation. As long as its a reasonable issue (If you break it out of rage, because a game is too hard, or you lose, we can't help you), then we will replace the item or get you the full in-store credit.

All returns are for STORE CREDIT only.

 

No Cash Refunds. 

 

Trade-In Requirements:

Consoles:

We require that all consoles have the following:

- 1 Controller

- AV Cable (RCA, HDMI, Etc.)

- Power Cable

- Controller Charge Cable (If applicable)

Games:

We require in most instances that all games the following:

- Case

- Cover Art

- Disc (Obviously)

 We do not require that games have the manual. 

Cartridge Based Games:

We will accept Cartridge Based games without the case/box.

Including: NES, SNES, N64, DS, 3DS, Switch, PS Vita, Genesis, Master System, Game Gear, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Atari, Intellivision and Colecovision.

DVD's and Blu-Rays:

From time to time, we have to take a break from accepting DVDs because we get so many and we run out of space. 

​

We require that all movies have a case and the original Cover Art.
